AULENTE – SAN PATRIGNANO
Featuring an intense ruby red colour, it has notes that go mainly from fruity to floral. It is an immediate and easy-to-approach wine, an expression of character and typicality. Showing how Sangiovese can be delicate, pleasant and free of any roughness and aggressiveness.
TESSANO – VINICOLA DI SAN MARINO
With an intense and deep colour, bright and brilliant rubyhue, with garnet margins. The aroma is broad and enveloping, fine, elegant and delicate, complex and full of olfactory nuances dominated by vanilla, toasted almonds, coffee, licorice and cinnamon. With a dry, full, soft and harmonious flavour. A wine of great character where noble tannins are perceived in perfect equilibrium with a tempered dry acidity, warm, austere, with an excellent structure and of considerable body.
VERTIGO – LIVIO FELLUGA
An almost impenetrable purple-red wine. Its aroma is penetrating, fresh and bold. Plum, wild strawberry, musk, lemon blossom, red currant, tobacco and white pepper, with balsamic notes. Flavour: soft and engaging accompanied by an elegant taste and lively and pleasant tannins. Notes of cocoa, raspberry, dates, cumin, marasca cherry, aftertaste of medicinal herbs that recall the bouquet.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON – LIS NERIS
A variety that does not need any introduction and that is also widespread in Friuli. Low yields and extreme leaf thinning facilitate a southern-style maturation. Maceration does not last too long, and during this period great attention is paid to separating out the grape seeds. The result is a wine with an intense colour, warm fragrances and a round taste, where tannins express themselves above all with elegance.
CREMES DELLE LANGHE DOC – GAJA
In the paradise of Langhe producers we find Angelo Gaja, very famous not only in Italy, but in the world. Each of its wines, produced with care from the vineyard to the cellar, is a sure success, like this Langhe Rosso Cremes, which was created by the unusual combination of the Dolcetto and Pinot Noir vines. A perfectly successful marriage: this wine is warm and enveloping on the palate with hints of berries.
IL GRIGIO CHIANTI CLASSICO - AZ. AGRICOLA SAN FELICE - SIENA
Ruby red colour. The bouquet is intense and persistent with typical hints of violet and red berries. It is a full-bodied, austere wine with juicy tannins and fresh acidity. Enriched by an aromatic complexity that comes from a well-dosed wood.
Vigorello Toscana IGT - Az. Agricola San Felice - Siena
Compact rubycolour with slight garnet streaks. Bouquet of current jam, spicy sweet notes and undergrowth. Warm, complex, tannic palate with light hints of vanilla.
CALDESE – VINICOLA DI SAN MARINO
Fermented and aged in barriques for about 10 months, in bottles for about 4 months. With a fairly intense straw-yellow colour, the bouquet is broad and complex, with notes of exotic fruits and candied fruit. Harmonious and velvety taste, full and savoury, persistent on the palate.
GRECO DI TUFO - FEUDI SAN GREGORIO
Bright and lightly straw-coloured, it has aromas of white peach, reinette apple and wisteria. Fresh, moderately savoury and medium-bodied on the palate, it has a pleasant almond finish.
CHARDONNAY L‘ALTRO - PIO CESARE - ALBA
Called "L'Altro" (The Other) because it is the other Chardonnay produced by Pio Cesare besides Piodilei. Notes that are fresh, fruity, spicy, slightly vanilla with good fragrant and ripe fruit, rich and almost sweet. A fresh and young wine.
GEWURZTRAMINER - SAN MICHAEL EPPAN
Unlike many international Gewurztraminers, this is made dry. This results in a type of fruity-spicy wine that is not easily forgotten. It is seductive for its full aroma, pervaded by fine spicy notes of cloves and delicate dog rose.
ARENIS BLANGÈ – CERETTO
Pale straw-yellow colour with scents of iris, reinette apple, grapefruit, fresh almonds and cut grass. When tasting it has balance and flavour: fresh and vaguely pétillant, fully corresponding with the bouquet with a very pleasant fruity finish.
SAUVIGNON – LIVIO FELLUGA
Defining this wine as simple and immediately enjoyable would be reductive: distinguished by an incredible aromatic suite and a tasteful and irreproachable flavour, it intrigues and enchants anyone who tastes it, sip after sip. Golden straw-coloured with green reflections, bouquet with intense varietal notes of elderberry, grapefruit and passion fruit, box, tomato leaf and sage. The taste vibrates with acidity, the flavour and bouquet in perfect sync, closing with citrus and green flavours.
CHARDONNAY – JERMANN
Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, the bouquet has an intense, fruity, slightly aromatic scent. Notes of banana and golden apples open up to a fresh and balanced taste, naturally rich and with excellent persistence.
DESIMIS PINOT GRIGIO RAMATO – VIE DI ROMANS
Expressive and full of character, which from the first sips is announced with a very interesting pedigree. The body of the bottle develops around a fruity and floral aroma, which opens up to an enveloping palate, which makes the tasting elegant and satisfying. This Dessimis Pinot Grigio has the typical coppery colour that makes it a label of the highest quality, "climbing" to the top of the main Italian and international wine guides, nearly achieving perfection.
PIERE SAUVIGNON BLANC - VIE DI ROMANS
A Sauvignon with a splendid colour, with reflections somewhere between straw and golden. The bouquet is clear and precise with a thousand scents ranging from magnificent suggestions of exotic fruit, especially pineapple, to yellow peach and passion fruit, finishing with citrus peel, citron and pink grapefruit. The taste is vigorous but elegant, with a pleasant minerality and a very persistent acidity.
NANI RIZZI RISERVA VALDOBBIADENE BRUT
The philosophy of the cellar is to let nature do as much as possible. The juice ferments with indigenous yeasts in vats at a controlled temperature. The separate vinification of wines from the three lands allows fully expressing their differences and complementary traits. A wine marked by richness, elegance and finesse, this wine is powerful and has a perfect balance.
ADAMI Cartizze DRY Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.
Cartizze has a young, fruity bouquet and delicate taste. An excellent aperitif, it also pairs well with light desserts. Full and intense with notes of apple, apricot, pear and rose. Straw yellow in colour, thick foam and fine and persistent effervescence, harmonious and elegant taste, very soft and fresh. Rich fruity taste with good body and length that corresponds completely with the aroma.
Bright gold, the foam is white with an extremely minute and persistent effervescence. The aroma is particularly fine and complex with pronounced notes of hawthorn, bay leaves and artemisia. The fruit is ripe but delicate. Adds a sweet scent. On the palate it is particularly elegant and aristocratic with a perfect balance of acidity and a persistent finish, where it is possible to recognise incense and jam.
Foss Marai Rosè Brut “Roos”
Charmat method rose-coloured sparkling wine with delicate pink colour and fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is fruity and fragrant, varietal with peaches, wisteria, almonds and white flowers. The taste is fresh, dry, with a good flavour and minerality.
Ferrari Perlè BRUT
From the best Chardonnay of the family vineyards, this is the vintage Trento DOC that best sums up the art of Ferrari. Elegant flavour phrasing with a crescendo finish. Soft golden reflections embellish the straw yellow. The effervescence is extremely fine and persistent. The taste is elegant and harmonious with the unmistakable aromatic base typical of Chardonnay.Then follows a slightly almondy finish and great persistence, the result of long ageing on the lees.
Ferrari MAXIMUM Rosè
Vintage rosé obtained from a careful selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the family vineyards. It has a refined accent and aristocratic persistence. The elegance of the effervescence shines in old pink. Intense bouquet dominated by the elegant notes of small fruits. The pleasant fragrance of rose and raspberry gives way to the perception of toasted biscuit and candied orange.
Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections, and very fine bubbles that rise up from the glass. Aroma that offers notes of ripe and dried fruit, brioche bread, almond brittle and sweet spices. Rounded palate, perfectly balanced between softness, acidity and flavour. Persistence with toasted overtones.
VIGNAIOLI MOSCATO D.O.C.G. - CERETTO
White and sweet, this is the dessert wine par excellence. It has a more or less intense straw yellow colour depending on the vintage, and an intense, aromatic and very persistent aroma. The sweet taste is balanced with low alcohol content (5% by volume) and acidity, never too high, but that adds a pleasant freshness. It is produced exclusively in steel tanks.
